Our Inspiration
Fire Marshal Ronald Bucca
Family and friends established StandFast Alliance to honor the legacy of Fire Marshal Ronald Bucca, who proudly served with the FDNY and U.S. Army for more than two decades.
Ron was killed on September 11, 2001, after climbing to the 78th floor sky lobby of the South Tower. "Stand fast" was a term Ron used — a reminder to hold your ground, remain calm, steady, and prepared in the face of adversity.
